At Teleman System, Inc., We know that in demand telecom and networking equipment is hard to keep in stock, and our promise to our customers is that we will never take more then one business day after an in stock order is placed to get it on a truck headed to your business or residence (generally orders placed before 2pm PST and shipped via fedex will go out that business day). For the small number of items that are back-ordered or produced upon demand, one of our friendly sales team will call immediately after the order is placed and let you know how long it will take to get to you, after all, a telephone system is one of a small businesses most valuable assets and we believe it should be treated as such. We are committed to getting you your equipment as quickly as possible and without costly markups to our realtime shipping quotes.

Return Policy

Teleman Systems will gladly accept product returns on any unsatisfactory purchase within 14 days of your order delivery date. We guarantee an exchange or full refund with the return of the product. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. If the returned package / product has been opened, damaged, or used, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from credit. All sales are FINAL after 14 days from your order delivery date.

Return Procedures

  • Please email or contact us at 877-573-7771 for product return process and instructions. Only products with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted.
  • RMA numbers will be issued and emailed or faxed to the customer within 48 hours after Teleman Systems has received a complete RMA request. The RMA number is valid for 14 days after issuance.
  • Please include in the returned package(s):
    - Clearly printed RMA number on all mailing labels and shipping boxes.
    - The complete product with all accessories and documentation in the original packaging for each returned product.
    - All documents and invoices associated with a previous RMA product must always be included.
